There is energy wrapped up in your memories - energy that you can tap into in this very moment.

This energy can revitalize your body, recharge your mind, reinvigorate your efforts - whatever tasks you're facing right now.

Anyone can do it. This technique can help you get a massive 'feel-good' boost right now.

"MEMORY + ENERGIZER = MEMERGIZER"

Here's how to do it:

1. Think back to any event when you felt the way you'd love to feel now: strong, commanding, loving, peaceful, connected, generous, abundant... whatever state you want.

2. Once you've identified a specific memory, stay with it. Put yourself back into that place and allow yourself to fully feel everything positive about that situation.

3. Fill your mind with images of the event; hear the sounds or voices you heard, the way things smelled or felt on your face, your skin - everything that made the event what it was

4. Allow the way you felt back then to really fill you up again in the present moment - flooding your body, energizing your thinking and outlook on life

5. As you allow yourself to return to the present moment, carry these feeling back with you - they are a part of you and you do not need to let them go

6. Face your present situation - bringing with you all the great feelings your memory has restored to you

If, by facing the present, you feel the good feelings quickly evaporate, immediately turn your attention AWAY from the challenging situation and go back to find a memory even stronger than the one you'd found. 

Eventually you'll find one that is so strong that ,when you return to face the present, the present negative feelings will be swept away by the positive.
